Trigger an email notification to the hiring manager when a new position is created

SAP Success Factors - Position Management - Email notification

Can anyone provide a solution for triggering an email notification that includes Position code and title to the hiring manager when a new position is created

Go To Configure Object Definition and select Position

In Rules, add rule for Position Notification under Save Rules eg : positionNotif

Call Workflow the above Business rule :

Add Approver in workflow based on parent position and also add custom email text using Manage and create custom email template using Document Generation.

Thank you for your detailed response. But I feel that I am stuck in adding the custom email text which requires position ID and position title. The tokens are displaying blank value in the email.
