Maybe someone can help with the next task.
We have a time type (LOA) - for example, MatLeave.
It needs to configure a workflow with next condition:
When a user creates this leave for the first time the workflow must inform a specific role (HR). If the user changes Start date or Expected Return Date for this leave (saved before) the workflow must not be triggered. If the user adds to the leave Actual Return Date the workflow must inform a specific role again.
So, the specific role must be informed if the leave is created for the first time and when the leave updates Expected Return Date.
Standart case with workflow on time type in the field Workflow Configuration triggers workflow for any changes.
I think about object definition of Employee Time. I mean Save Rules. But I cannot find a solution to my case.
Did somebody come across with same requirements? Any recommendation, please.

@yasaha-ct , our delivery team has configured business rule triggering workflow to check to the leave request status. Based on the status, we have different workflow set and/or notifications send. Hope that this helps.
