Transferring of employee from One Company Code to Another company code

Hi Guys

There is already configured SAP SuccessFactors EC module for say 1000 Company code, Now I am implementing for another company code 6000, Client has requirement to transfer 50 employees from 1000 ( company code ) to 6000 ( company code ).

Country is UAE

According to me as company code is an Division, We need to resign the employee in one company code and hire him in another company code.

Hi,

If you have position management configured, You can transfer via position. There is no resignation required.

Have correct event and event reason in place.

We always see similar requirements from most of the UAE clients
