Personally, I find the quickest way is to just use Producer and Export from one area (menu option Workarea > Export, or right-click on the Group and select Export), then import the .dkp it into the other (menu option Workarea > Import archive).
The other option is to use Manager. Go into the destination Workarea, and use option Import Archive > Import from Other Workarea, select the source Workarea, and then navigate to and select the Group you want to move.
In either case, you will have created a COPY in the destination workarea, so once you have confirmed everything copied over OK, you'll need to delete the original.
