Transfer process

Hello all,

We are looking for possibilities to enhance and unify processes. Before we are able to proceed we need to gather all possible side impacts.

That’s why I would like to hear your experience, comments, findings etc., how you proceed with transfer process and learnings around this topic 🙂

Currently we have two transfer processes in place:

  1. Transfer inside country = NO TERMINATION EVENT PRIOR TRANSFER
  1. Moving Employee From Country A to Local Contract in Country B = TERMINATION EVENT PRIOR TRANSFER

The described above by you sounds quite common. Commonly you rather see this based on legal entity (i.e. legal entity change = regular transfer, cross legal entity change = either global assignment or terminate and rehire - ideally on a new user id for the sake of integrations).
