Transfer Applicant Data from Recruitment to PA

Dear Experts,

While transferring applicant data from Recruitment to PA, I am getting error as "No refer activity". How to sort out this.

What are the other possible ways of transferring applicant other than PBA7.

Request if anyone can help me with this.

PO13 Maintain Position (Maintain vacancy in the same)

PBAW Maintain Advertisement

PB10 Initial Data entry of the applicant

PB30 Maintain Applicant Master Data

PB40 Applicant Actions

PB60 Applicant Activities

PA40 Hire Applicant

The data of the applicant gets transferred to the employee Master Data
