Training hours setting

Here is the scenario I want to realize: An employee needs to complete 80 hours (literally) training on the plateau as required by regulation.

That’s to say, his/her logging on time on the plateau training should be accumulated to 80 hours. And his /her logging on record can be exported to serve as an evidence for this 80 hours.

For example, if one curriculum takes 1 hour, 80 curriculum or items or any other learning type can accumulated to 80 hours.

Would you please give me help on it?
