Tracking user access when using Anonymous? Any tips/tricks?

Raising a question to see if someone has some thoughts to tips/tricks/workarounds.

Internally, we have a number of job-aid type items that are published and accessible via a browser link. These are set with Anonymous capability, which frees us from a larger burden on the authentication side, as our work and our org structures in a pure sense do not always match.

The downside of this is losing the ability to track hits/consumption.

Having the tracking could help us promote SEN internally as well as helping us identify refinement opportunities.

Posting this here to see if anyone has any tips/tricks to have both - the anonymous as well as the tracking.

Thanks in advance, Wallace

Wallace,

I have seen a few things around this one it to add a question at the end of the content to ask for feedback or a simple was this helpful yes or no. Something quick that then can be reported on. You also have the feedback report now that is available in manager.

I have also seen customers us Google Analytics and run reports base on specific URLs.

Just a few thoughts on this,

Jesse
