How are companies tracking corrective actions or formal write ups within SuccessFactors HXM? 1) It would be nice to have the ability to perform a write up on an employee and have it route to HRBP and Employee for signature / acknowledgement. 2) It would be even nicer to be able to have PIP in the system (Performance Improvement Plans) and be able to check them off as employees meet the improvements. 3) It would be even, even nicer to have these significant comments show up on the Performance Form so they can be discussed during review time.
Am I the only one struggling with this gap? We are still using word documents but it would be nice to do something within the system and have it all connected to PM, GM, CPM

johann.delgado Thank you for the above information. Are you saying we currently have PIPs in our PM module that can be created? If so, can you direct me to where that documentation lives?

Hi stephanietorres
In the SuccessFactors Process Library you can find a recommended process to document and track Performance Improvement programs (8 MHR-80-20-30 Manage Performance Improvement). The library is available in the Community in the link below:
Hoping this information be useful to you.

Thank you, Johann, for this diagram. While I agree with the process flow (pg 17), it does not allow for a form to be created or progress tracking to be within the system. Am I missing that capability? That is the gap I am referring to. We can absolutely create a form outside of the system and handle the process manually, but it would be more intuitive to have it all intertwined in the system. Thank you!
