Total Rewards in SF

Hello! Are there any updates as to what is going on with Total Rewards (functionality, capability) in SF? I was told that it was running as a project to be delivered in 1H 2023, however was put on indefinite hold.

Does anyone know anything about it? And if "on hold" is true, what would be the advice for implementation of such capability?

To give more input, the "Total Rewards" project was being put on hold to concentrate on other parts of the Rewarding area, most notably to update the overall user experience and capabilities of EC Global Benefits. The early adopter release for EC Global Benefits is planned for the H2 2023 release, anddemos will be available by SuccessConnect or earlier.

But what does that mean for Total Rewards? At this time, we do not have a set date to resume work on Total Rewards, though still feel strongly in the value provided by a solution that allows employees to have a consolidated view for base pay, incentives, benefits, equity, and nonmonetary awards.

Thank you for your interest in the program. In the meantime, you may wish to use a combination of reporting tools, such as those available in People Analytics if you have relevant data available in your system. Other companies have imported data to be displayed in a snapshot basis on Compensation Statements or within custom MDF portlets.
