To access view W4 form and I9 form before Onb process

Hi Team,

Is it possible to review the wf4 form or I9 form before it gets populated in the Compliance review stage?

Like before even starting the New Hire Data Review, we need to view the W4 form or I9 form from SuccessFactors.

Is it even possible to access these standard forms in Read-only mode or it cannot be accessed at all unless it appears on the Compliance review stage in Onboarding.
