I have a requirement to ensure a user records a 30-minute break if worked 8.5 hours and a 1-hour break if worked 9 hours. The break should be recorded in the 5th hour. Is it possible to create a validation rule that looks at hours worked and checks to see if a break was added.
Attached is the business rule I have attempted to configure but is not working as expected.
