Time profile dropdown values should popukate based on Gender field

Time profiles like for Male or Female, its drop down value should populate based on Gender field under personal information.

Is it possible.

It is possible to auto-fill Time Profile based on the gender field with a business rule.

Checked with SAP, got a reply that it's not possible since it is a cross portlet information population.
