Time off Work Schedule

Dear Experts,

I need to create a work schedule in which employees take a day off once a week.

This is decided by the manager when the employee has to take a day off.say for example one employee takes a day off on Monday and another on Tuesday and so on.
Not sure how I can create a work schedule for this kind of scenario. Please share some thoughts on how to achieve this.
