Time Off - Vacation accruals valid for 3 years

Dear Experts,

How do I configure that the vacation accruals can be taken for 3 years but after it if there are still unused vacation days, those days are deleted?

Example:

Employee has 25 days annual vacation for 2023. If not all 25 days are consumed in 2023, the rest can be taken to 2024 and then to 2025, but at the end of 2025 if there are still open days, they should be deleted.

You can use the Account Booking Offset to do that - you define this in the relevant Time Account Type record. If you follow the implementation guide, it is very easy to configure.
