Time Off: Seniority Days Accrual doesn't generated properly

Hi All,

We have a Seniority rule set up in the system. The issue is that the accrual was not generated when the employee reached the 3 years of employment. According to the policy, employees are entitled to 8 hours when they reach 3 years of service. The 8 hours would be pro-rated if this happened in the middle of the year.

What happens at the moment is that, people are currently not receiving the partial accrual and will only receive the 8 hours the year after on 1st January.

e.g. User1234 completed 3 years on 1st November and should have received a pro-rata amount for Nov-Dec months.

My question if there is any solution for this situation, so that people can receive the pro-rate amount after their 3 years of service.
