I am trying to get a specific and accurate number of leave days in a period, however, there does not seem to be a report available which can provide this.
The issue relates to the note below:
Note Date option of the report is “Date Range (Validity)”, which means that at least one single day of the leave request must be within the selected time range. If this is valid, the complete leave request is reported.
When I run a report, for a specific month to report on our total absence days in that given month, this is not accurate as the report pulls in data relating to other months and not just those dates which fall within the specific date range.
Is there anyway of addressing this issue?
I am struggling to believe that SAP do not have a way of reporting the number of unplanned absence days in a date range but I have yet to come across a solution to this.
