The requirement is related to the PEP rule

Here there are two conditions.

  1. If an employee is on probation, then if we execute the PEP rule for the employee, the rule should carry forward all the leave balance to the next year. The probation period is 4 or 6 months, after that employee will be permanent, still in this particular year all the balance should be carry forward.

Example: Employee Recruit Date is 01/02/2023

Probation end date will be 01/06/2023.

Leave balance = 18 days

PEP Rule executed on Dec 31st 2023

All the 18 days need to be carry forward.

  1. If the employee is with the company more than a year , in this case his probation period will be on the previous year so if we execute the PEP rule it should carry forward only 10 Days from the balance

Example: Employee Recruit Date is 01/02/2022

Probation end date will be 01/06/2022.

Leave balance = 18 days

PEP Rule executed on Dec 31st 2023

Only 10 days to be carry forward.

Please can you let me know how the if condition can be configured to achieve this requirement.
