Time Difference Between Two Date and Time in SuccessFactors Reporting

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate the difference between two date fields with time stamp. I'm able to find the difference between the dates but not the difference in time. Let me explain with an example.

Date1 - 08/04/2023 11:00:00 AM

Date2 - 08/04/2023 02:00:00 PM

The difference I get between the Date1 and Date2 is zero. But I'm trying to calculate the time difference which is 3 hours. Is there a way to achieve this is Detailed Reporting? I cannot use advanced reporting as the fields I'm working on are from Recruiting.

Is there any other way to achieve this?
