Has anyone upgraded their systems with TIH which impacted other modules? Specifically with the use of different competency libraries which were being utilized for specific forms. Ex- there are set of competencies which are captured only in a 360 form and shouldn't be available otherwise. Can this be still the case if employees are enabled to add competencies from attribute library? Creating custom elements is an option but they will not be available in the detailed report. Any workarounds are welcome.
