Third Party Vendor for Redemption - Rewards and Recognition - SF compensation

We want to redeem point based award for a third party vendor . But they are asking for Payload and Unique identifier to be set up. They are not registered with SAP store the way XOXOday is. Can someone help me with documentation of how to do a setup for such vendors. We have shared SAML file with them but they are asking details of unique identifier and Payload file which SF needs to send to their website. Kindly guide by providing documentation or share with me the contact point so that we can talk to them.

Can you please ask the partner to share more details on which Pay Load are they looking for? Can they share which API they are referring to?

Hi Xavier, The Vendor is not registered on SAP Store, so they are asking for Pay load and Unique ID to have association from SF to their site. Can we get the details from Product team on this. As guide does not mention anything on this.

Looks like the question is around SSO setup. This isn’t particularly related to RNR, but SSO between SuccessFactors and 3^rd party vendor.

They are trying to get more information from other Product managers.

Hi,

We will implement RnR with one of customers and they are asking more info on the integration between SF and redemption partners.

Currently Xoxoday is the only 3rd party that is registered in the SAP store. I read that Hawk Select from Blackhawk Network was also part of the SAP store in 2021, but it's no longer there. Is anyone aware of extra partners that will be registered in the SAP store in the future? I read someting on Vantage Circle f.e.. 

Any extra info on integration with redemption partners is welcome here 🙂
