There's nothing to show yet - Compensation Portlet

Hello Team,

Good day!

Does anyone experienced data not showing in the portlet even if the right permission was given?

This is in particular with Compensation Information, but if you open the history page or View All you can see that there are data.

Hi @angelosuano 

I did see https://me.sap.com/notes/3542411 you shared with me in KBA and am checking with my colleagues from Product.

In the meantime can you please help with the following: 

• confirm whether what is in KBA (PCG design) applies to your environment ?
• share screenshots of each page for the design of this tile (assuming it's a custom one similar to the one I built in this blog)
• is this a new tile you just created or did it work before ?
• share a screenshot of the salary review template Summary section in admin center (where we can how many forms are in each step).

Often this happens if there are no forms launched for the template, or if they are all completed, or if there is simply a bad design of the tile. I believe there is more information in the blog linked above.
