There is no dependent-specific data available for this country , Employee Central

We are getting this error when choosing the country (Spain) in the Add global information button that is within the Dependents Portlet. I went to the permission options but in Effective Dated i see that global info is checked, so i do no know what is the cause of this error.

There is also a similar note, but i do not fully understand what they mean with the fields, it seems that is necessary to use only specific fields with every country.

have you checked the manage configuration UI for spain if it is set up correctly?

the fields that i have activated are the same as the guide says, i mean string, date etc
