The table does not contain any data on Create Requisition (Create by Position).

In some profile the start search is working and giving the available positions.

On my profile it does not find any record, even it was already tagged on my position code.

I don't know much about this area, but it wouldn't be the case to check if your user has the necessary permissions or roles in su01 or variants
