Hi,
1. I would like to know if our investigation is correct and there is no problem
if we run the User Connector - SF right now?
2. I would like to know if our investigation is correct and there is no problem
If “the integration jobs” are executed at a set time, will "LMS: User Data" be displayed properly?
<our investigation>
When we checked the LMS User data today, we found out that user's name got changed into "NO Name".
We investigated this issue like this.
1) 11/10 (Friday): We inactivated few users who created some integration jobs
2) The integration jobs included a job called "LMS: User Data" which extract extended user data from EC and send it to SFTP with a file name "user_extended_data_customercompanyname.txt".
3) The integration job failed since 11/10 (Friday) because the job owner is invalid.
4) User Connector - SF usually picks up "user_extended_data_customercompanyname.txt" and execute the job at every 8:00
5) However, since "user_extended_data_customercompanyname.txt" was not created properly from 11/10 (Friday), the connector could not pick up the file properly and the re-write user name as blank..
6) We re-activated the integration job owner and reran the job. We checked the "user_extended_data_customercompanyname.txt" file was sent to SFTP.
Now we think if we run the User Connector - SF right now the user name data will be rewrited properly since there is "user_extended_data_customercompanyname.txt" file in SFTP.

my Questions:
1. I would like to know if our investigation is correct and there is no problem
if we run the User Connector - SF right now?
2. I would like to know if our investigation is correct and there is no problem
If “the integration jobs” are executed at a set time, will "LMS: User Data" be displayed properly?
help me plz.
Thanks.
Request clarification before answering.
Dear jade_k,
You can run the User connector to correct the data that was previous incorrectly changed due to the inactivation of the job onwer. About your second question, I am not sure what do you mean by "at a set time", can you please clarify it?
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Karen Perez
