Hello,
A newly hired employee was unable to access the I-9 form within the required three-day timeframe after the hire date. Based on my analysis, this issue was caused by missing permissions related to the US compliance process for employees.

as an urgent temporary solution, I modified the permissions within the "User on self" role to allow the employee to complete the I-9 form. It worked. However, this change affects all users and may have unintended consequences. So far, I have identified two side effects:
I need your assistance in identifying whether my current settings are correct and determining if there are any other potential side effects. Additionally, I would appreciate your input on the best approach to configure a sustainable solution. Ideally, US users should be able to complete the I-9 form once they become employees, without impacting other users.
