We are carrying out take action in the job info with the pencil icon and we encounter the problem that the event does not appear.
However, if we insert a new record through the clock located in the job info, it does give us the option to choose the event and the event reasons.
We do not have any business rules enabled and we have all the permissions, has this ever happened to you?
