Text infotype data migration from HCM to ECP

I am working on a project to migrate from SAP HCM to ECP.
We plan to migrate each infotype using transfer files.

Could you please tell me how to migrate the data for the text infotype?
Where is the table that manages the text? And is it possible to get the transfer files?

For example, we have transferred IT0128, but the text data is not transferred and an error occurs as shown in the attached file. In addition, the comment part of IT0019 and IT0035 are not transferred.
