Hi Marko,

hard to say what is concrete leading to this error. Maybe one of the files in your local workarea is corrupted.

You can try to delete the local workarea (C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\CloudWA\xxx) and start a fresh Producer download from the Manager. I would suggest to make a backup first of this WA folder before you finally delete them (at least if there were important data in which are not yet synced with the Manager).

If this will not work, please reach out to our technical support team by creating an official incident: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#incident/create

You can use the component: KM-WPB-PRO

If this was helpful please accept this answer.

All the best Michael

Hi Marko,

maybe you have not the permission to create files in here: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CloudWA

You should check with you IT if you are allowed to store and create data in the subfolder "Local".

Here is a helpful Guide which also shows you how to change this path in the SAP Enable Now Manager Server Settings:

https://help.sap.com/doc/47782b1ea91f4fd09ad1c186cceda723/2105/en-US/SAP_Enable_Now_Desktop_Componen...

That could be the reason why the Producer start fails.

Best regards, Michael
