Hello experts,
The payout profile feature in a termination allows you to create a spot bonus with a partial or total amount of days (recalculated with the termination rule). However, if you have used more vacation days than the recalculation calculates, the system doesn't create a deduction.
For example:
I accrued 30 days on 01/01/2025, I use 15, and on 02/01/2025 they terminate me. The recalculation says that I owe X days to the company. I'm wondering if using the purchase payout profile I can create a deduction like payout profile can do it. I think that is not possible, and the easiest workaround is that the HR create a deduction of X days in the employee profile or use some kind of integration between ISC-IC. If someone knows a better option, I would be glad to hear it.
Thank you in advance.
