Hello, I am looking for a list of definitions for the termination reasons. For example in our system, we have three involuntary termination reasons for unsatisfactory performance. They include "INVOL - Unsatisfactory Performance", "INVOL - Serious offense", and "INVOL - Dissmisal for heavy fault". Under which circumstances should each of these be used? There are other termination reasons that would be helpful if I had their definitions. If there is a list somewhere of the definitions for termination reasons, that would be most helpful?!
