​termination end handling not triggering, should we create the job manually?

Hello colleagues,

termination end handling object, it is supposed to be triggered one day after termination (according to my offset configuration) and as per the guide, if i am not wrong, if i terminate someone in a past date, it will trigger immediately. But i do not see it doing anything. The manual Mentions TLM Trigger Task Job, but when i go to provisioning i only see a job calle "Trigger Task Job" which sound very similar but i am not sure if it is the same and i will break something if i create it. Then i would like if any of you can ascertaing that Trigger Task Job is the same as TLM Trigger task job, and wether to know if it is a job that i must activate or it comes automatically and i have to do nothing.

Hi Adrian,

we have same query .we set up offset as 1 day and in provisioning Trigger Task job has ran, but has noticed termination end handing task is not created, and balance is not offset. According to the documentations it creates automatically when the job runs.

could you please let us know if you have figured out anything

It seems that on a demo system it is working, so I still have the doubt if the job must be created manually, but there is no job like TLM Trigger Task Job in the provisioning list.

It is a monthly account with prorated accruals, i terminated the employee in different dates but still not triggering. Nonetheless we have a Demo System and there it does it at the drop of a hat automatically. Do you know if it is necessary to activate a Job Manually?

maybe i am missing that part but i need confirmation as i do not see the job "TLM Trigger Task Job" between the options to be chosen.

Its not a monthly account by any chance? As that would explain it (2481585 - Time off Termination rule is not triggered on terminating an employee (sap.com)) ?
