Can anyone help me to configure this?
When a manager is terminated and he has direct reports, SF is stating that there is no event reason.
If termination is done for a normal employee (with no direct reports) it works fine.

It seems that the "Event Derivation Rule" has been enabled, but a statement is missing to handle the scenario when there is a manager change. Please update the rule by adding the necessary statement to cover this case.
