Current LOA process is the following for employee who is retiring :
- end Time OFF loa
- terminate employee with event reason retirement.
however it’s not possible to block someone from terminating these employee in Leave of Abscence first , without terminating in Time menu the active LOA Time off request.
these is preventing position to be automatically inactivated and can allow a position to remain active while we wanted to disable it.
we would like to know if other customers have investigated for a potential solution
in order for example to have an action :
terminate LOA employee
which will perform the 2 actions :
- terminate active LOA
- terminate employee
- inactivate position.
Request clarification before answering.
