Templates job requisitions org-chart

In our organization we have integration with EC to create requisitions from the organization chart, but the implementation consultant left the options to create this type of requisitions from the "create new" option within the contract, these were created in the "Template Management" section . form "and we do not understand the need for them to continue to be displayed here since the correct way to create these vacancies is from the organization chart of positions in the organizational structure, if the question is whether they can be deactivated from the" Template management form "without having impacts, we already made this adjustment in our non-productive instance and the operation is correct and the question is whether these requests have to be active in the two sections of manage templates and Managing Form Templates
