Tandems in leadership positions in succes factors organigram

Hello,

I have a question. Is it possible to create a tandem (two persons) in one leadership/manager position and to show that in the organigram in successfactors?

Me and my College share our position (like a tandem) and now we should get a small team which we should lead together. But the problem is that this is not mappable in our organigram SAP Successfoctors. But is this really true that SAP Success factors is not able to mappable two persons in one leadership position?

Pleas give me an advice if it works and how it works and if not, when it works. Thank you

Hi alichahrour,

If you are referring to have 2 managers to the same employee, I would say it remains the same as per my answer on Sept 30th. Some customers create those additional managers as matrix manager, custom manager, in the job relationship, but of course they will not play exactly the same role as the manager assigned in the job Information portlet.

Dear yvonnerominademir36,

In SuccessFactors EC you can assign more than one employee to a single position and you can see both assigned in the Position Org Chart, but as a manager to direct reports relationship, only one of them will be the manager and only this one will appear in the People Org Chart.

Thank you for your replay and the information. Good to know but it is not satisfying me because with that no shared leadership positions are possible and this is absolutly not future orientated.
