Hi All,

is there any way in the system to restrict access to candidates in recruiting?

For example,

recruiting team located in EU will be able to see candidates located in EU, not in US, not in Asia.

recruiting team located in US will be able to see candidates located in US, not in EU, not in Asia.

I know that candidate can agree only for make them available for recruiters:

Talent Pool - recruiting restriction

1 - visible to any recruiter,

2 - visible only to recruiters in their country, or

3 - visible only to the recruiter for the position,

But this does not solve my issue.

Is there any way to prevent seeing candidates from other part of the world?

No, it is not currently possible to restrict which candidates recruiters are able to view in Candidate Search.

Talent pool is just a group. Recruiter need to add candidate manually to the talent pool.

You might consider 2315829 - Restricting the visibility of an application field to candidates - Recruiting Management https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2315829 to control candidates between countries

Hi,

i am not sure that KBA is answering on my question.

In recruiting we have tab called: Candidates.

I am wondering whether i can restrict search that candidates located in EU, will be not visible for recruiters for US.
