Dear All,
We are currently evaluating the implementation of Talent intelligence hub.
For the current process we have in place, we have built a performance form to allow the employee to evaluate competencies. With the Talent Intelligence Hub, the evaluation will be still carried out through the form or directly in the Growth Portfolio?

Hi Pietro,
Growth Portfolio is not to replace Performance Form, as in PM Form Organisations would want to rate employees based on the competencies in their Job Role. However, Growth Portfolio is a unique repository where employees can store their role-specific (cascaded based on the employee's Job role) and person-specific attributes (like a skill/competency acquired post a training or project) and any other attributes. Attributes in a portfolio can dynamically change based on a person's preference and aspirations.
Hence Growth Portfolio will no replace Performance reviews done via PM Form! However it will help with greater visibility for managers into employees competencies and career ambitions during performance review as they could get into the Growth Portfolio of employee from within the form.

If you have a form and it has Job specific competencies or core competencies for employee to review and rate, then even after TIH that process remains the same.

Can I have Capability Portfolio and implement the TIH or I need to implement the Growth Portfolio to have the TIH?
If I'll add capabilities in growth portfolio, will be also visible in PM form?

Hi Pietro,
The Growth Portfolio is only available if Talent Intelligence Hub is enabled. The Growth Portfolio is one of the main pillars of the Talent Intelligence Hub. I would defer to SAP Successfactors on your question regarding the ability to assess capabilities in a PM form. Right now I think it can only do competencies in a Pm form.

Can I ask you then, since the performance form will be kept, which will be the utility of growth portfolio?
I noticed from this screenshot that the employee can add/delete competencies in the growth portfolio, but then which will be the difference with the performance form?
