Talent Flags in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

Is it possible to have the same Talent flags in the Succession Org Chart and the Performance-Potential Grid Matrix?

Dear Andrew,

Yes this is possible depending on how you configure and align the Succession Org Chart XML configuration and the Matrix Grid Icons.

1. In the Succession Org Chart, it is possible to display icons in the position node representing the employee's Talent Flags, such as Risk Of Loss, Impact of Loss, Minority, etc. To see what the icons look like see the Wiki Page Succession Org Chart v12 - Functionality Overview - Layout and Display Options [https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=489204179]. This week page points to resources on how to configure the icons and lists what standard elements can be configured as icons.

2. In the Succession Org Chart, it is also possible to display the same icons.
