T77S0 - System parameters E-recruiting

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if we should set following parameters on HR/HCM side or EREC side. We are on EHP4, upgrading to EHP6. We use ALE and modules are on separate systems.

 

HRALX HRAC X Activates HR integration

HRALX PBPHR ON Distributes employees from

connected HR system

HRALX USRAC X Creates relationship to user

Dear Barath,

which system you are upgrading - I asume EREC is installed on non ERP system and will be upgraded.

All the mentioned settings have to be set on EREC side, for details about scenario setup refer to note 997181, attachments.

We are upgrading from E-recruit EHP4 to E-recruit  606 - SP 9.

EA-HR is on 605

SAP_HR is on 604

Is there an issue if only E-recruit is upgraded. Of course we have E-recruit and HCM on separate systems.

There is a problem in current system regarding the recruiter. Even though the person is lead recruiter on support team of a requisition, he is not seeing any on the dashboard.

As we copied data from production to QA we are trying to establish some test data. So we are trying to have some test ids instead of the real person's user id copied from production. In ECC HCM system data is scrambled. We are trying to ALE the PERNR and relevant details from HCM to E-recruit in QA system.

we are doing this in QA but eventually this is a problem also in production.

Looking for some hints how to solve this piece.

Michael,

I saw your response in other thread. Thanks a lot. I have seen the scenario document and understand that we need to do the required configuration in EREC side.

Only  one question has to be cleared yet.

Since we are already distributing HR data I would like to know how to update the data in live.

I am new to these, I would like to know what objects to distribute from HR system and in what sequence in PFAL from HR side. Do we need to use any evaluation path!

Dear Bharat,

upgrading EREC only is not an issue (still asume EREC on a non ERP system).

As possible inconsistencies may exist for lead recruiters, you may report this issue to SAP, so the data can be verified in your system.
