We implemented e-Recruitment one year ago, and we are still ironing out issues, testing the limits of functionality with little to no training on our system setup! We are on TREX 7.10.48.00.
Is there a way to have the system automatically update all applications when the candidate is selected and transferred to HR (data transfer for new employees)? What is the best practice for closing the applications with status of 'position filled'?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hello Deborah,
I think, the best way to handle this is to customize the standard workflow Status Change workflow (ERCStatusChg_2) to update the ND object to status "To Be Hired" when the associated NE object is set to "To Be Hired".
This is the only possible standard status for ND object out of following:
0 - Draft
1 - In process
2 - Withdrawn
3 - Rejected
4 - To be hired
Hope this helps.
Thanks and regards,

Hello Deborah,
Same workflow can be designed to pick up ND objects once any one of the NE is updated to "To be Hired" based on a particular requisition (NB). Those ND objects can be updated to status "3-Rejected" in HRP5132 table. On user interface, those candidates can see status "Not Selected" for the rejected status which is SAP standard.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Sarvesh. I have configured V77RCF_ACT2OTYPE for the activity for objects NA, NB, ND, NE. Table V77RCF_ACT2STAT has statuses for NB, ND and NE. I am not familiar with workflow, but I added ERC_APPL to SWE2 for WS51900010 and WS51900011. The workflow is triggered, and I can see that the applicant marked 'to be hired' is in the workflow, but no statuses are changing. Would it be possible for you to provide me with a step-by-step to see what I am missing?
Thank you in advance!
