when trying to copy a compensation form from test to the prod instance, I get this error message

Request clarification before answering.
Looks like some of the Employee Central configuration for fields you're mapping to either don't exist in EC yet or do not have the same ID's in Production (hopefully this isn't the case as it means your EC configuration isn't aligned across instances).
You'll need to either review yourself if you have the knowledge or have an EC consultant confirm if those field mappings you have errors on exist in EC in Production.
