Maggie is correct, it's like to be an issue with your network blocking the connection between Producer and Manager. These can be difficult to diagnose, however, you should start by having the IT (network) people in your company try to determine what is blocking the connection. One common issue is that the IP addresses of the Enable Now servers have not been whitelisted in your environment but it could be another issue. If you IT people cannot work out what is blocking the connection, raise an SAP support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-PRO and someone from support will get involved to help troubleshoot.
