Synchronize Payroll Tax Data Tax Factory 11

We are on BSI Tax Factory 11.0.e Regulatory 057 TaxLocactor 25 and just had support package 95 installed. I ran the Synchronize Payroll Tax Data tool and received the below message. I did not receive this in X4G (DEV) environment. I confirmed I had my ID and Password entered correctly as well. How do I get this corrected?

We had similar issue and found that say for this example there were overlapping entries in T5UTX table AZ. We deleted the wrong one and the program worked.
