Synchronize Payroll Tax Data - It was not possible to insert entry in table T5UTX

Hi,

We're currently encountering the below error while running BSI Tax Sync program "It was not possible to insert entry NC 1099991231 in table T5UTX".

Local BSI Client: TaxFactory 11.0.k.1 | Cyclic K1 | Regulatory 134 | TaxLocator 56

Cross Client Table: TaxFactory 11.0.k.1 | Cyclic K1 | Regulatory 132 | TaxLocator 55

Client Specific Tables: TaxFactory 11.0.k.1 | Cyclic K1 | Regulatory 134 | TaxLocator 56

Could you confirm that you have implemented SAP note:
0003418379 - BSI: California records not updated in table T5UTX related to BSI RB 132
