Synchronization of users to LMS

Hello everyone. I hope to find you well.

We currently have information synchronization between the employee's Profile and LMS through the provisioning job. However, due to a business requirement, we need to avoid preventing collaborators who have a personal email from synchronizing. For example @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.

Could you help me if there is any alternative to excluding collaborators who have a personal email from the LMS administration center please?

This can be done via RBP. If the account you are using in Provisioning as the "Job Owner" does not have visibility into an account in platform, then those accounts will not come across to LMS. I don't think email is an attribute you can base this on, so you may need to find another field that can be used in RBP.
