Sync "course completion" between SF-LMS with Degreed.com (LXP) more frequently

Hi, thanks for reading this question.

Just wondering if there are any community users here who are using SF-LMS with Degreed (LXP). With our current integration, if a user completed a required training in SF-LMS, it would take one day (nightly sync) for the completed course to show up under Degree's "Assignments" tab (under Resources). Is there a way to sync data more frequently (e.g. hourly)? If anyone has done this before, please share your experience. Thanks!

Hi Prasanna

You need to have an enterprise account with SF and LxP (Degreed).

There are pre-defined API endpoints which is available at Degreed and, enabling the integration between SF LMS & Degreed are managed by Technical Success Manager from Degreed.

You need to make an Admin account in SF LMS with required permission so that Degreed Admin API can extract the course details, user completion & required learning from SF LMS and feed into Degreed.

Contact your CSM or Technical lead in Degreed to get more information to enable the integration with SF LMS.
