Sync "course completion" between SF-LMS with Degreed.com (LXP) more frequently

Hi, thanks for reading this question.

Just wondering if there are any community users here who are using SF-LMS with Degreed (LXP). With our current integration, if a user completed a required training in SF-LMS, it would take one day (nightly sync) for the completed course to show up under Degree's "Assignments" tab (under Resources). Is there a way to sync data more frequently (e.g. hourly)? If anyone has done this before, please share your experience. Thanks!

Hello

We have integrated SF LMS and Degreed and it is working well. It takes 24 hours for the SF LMS user completion to appear in Degreed. This is expected as the job runs once every 24 hours.

Degreed has updated their latest Release notes on using Webhooks for real time completion sync between SuccessFactors & Degreed. This will allow users to see the completions in Degreed within 15 minutes.

Contact your CSM or Technical lead in Degreed to get more information.
