Reaching out to SF community to get some inputs from the experts. We have a requirement where an employee is on leave (parental/long service etc) and we want to sync ECC employee leave data to SuccessFactors LMS so that this can be updated against the student record in SuccessFactors LMS to ensure learning assignment and overdue reporting is accurately represented between the two systems.
We haven't moved to SF EC yet and wondering if anyone out there has done something similar to get the leave data into SF LMS ?
