Supervisor termination

Hello,

I have terminated a supervisor effective date yesterday but he still is my supervisor in People Profile Basic Info and in Org Chart. In People Profile Job Info the new supervisor is the terminated Supervisor's Supervisor.

Can You explain why this happens , taking into account that I assigned another employee to the position holded by the terminated supervisor? See attachment pictures .. The face you see is the terminated Supervisor, I am expecting to see the person who got the same position to replace him in org chart and in People Profile Basic Info but this does not happen, also the new supervisor should be present in JOB Information , why do we have the supervisor's supervisor instead? pleaseproblem11.pngproblem22.png

Either your HRIS sync is not (properly running), no data change wasn't made to ensure the manager was in fact replaced (which could also be due to settings not being properly in place for it and a job that checks + corrects it in the backend not being in place) have been considered. The above screenshots unfortunately do not tell a lot unfortunately as the field will just contain an old ID as long as no one updates it.
